AI Does Not Grow Your Business. Finding the Bottleneck Does.
The cost of automating repetitive work is dropping to zero, which changes where the bottleneck sits. Making the non-bottleneck faster does not grow the business. It creates clutter. The leverage question is not how to create more, it is where the system is stuck.
